Terms of Service for Custom Artwork Commissions.
Last Updated: 10.4.2025By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following terms:---1. General Information.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- All communication will be conducted via Telegram, Instagram or Twitter (X).
- Please provide clear references and/ or descriptions for your commission.---2. Payment.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars.
- Full payment is required upfront before I begin work.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal, Bank transfer or PayID only. (PayPal fee of $3 will be applied.)
- Prices are subject to change based on complexity or time investment.---3. Turnaround Time.
- Completion time varies from 2 days- 2 weeks, depending on complexity and my schedule.
- You’ll be updated during key stages if requested. (e.g., sketch, lineart, coloring).
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.---4. Revisions.
- Includes 3-4 minor revisions during the sketch phase.
- Additional changes after final approval may incur extra charges.---5. Usage & Copyright.
- I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on my portfolio or social media (unless agreed otherwise).
- You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (icons, profile pictures, prints, etc.).
- Please credit me (@snarlingcanine) when using my work.
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding) must be discussed.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own, resell, or alter without permission.---6. Refunds & Cancellations.
- Full refunds are available only if I have not started the commission.
- No refunds after the final artwork is delivered.---7. Communication.
- Please be respectful and patient during the process.
- I will try to respond as soon as possible; but please understand I work outside of drawing.---8. NSFW and adult commissions.
- You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult work from me.
- I have the right to ask for ID at any time prior to your commission.---9. What I will and won’t draw.
